Mechanical precision: designed as a measuring machine, the AGIECUT VERTEX is based on 3 support points equipped with shock absorbers. The main X and Y axes are arranged separately on the patented one-piece frame. To reduce the retransmission of forces and possible geometric deviations, all axes are placed in close proximity to the erosion zone. All axes are regulated and controlled by means of double measuring systems with an accuracy of tenth of a micron.
Precision through thermal behavior: thanks to the skillful arrangement of all heat sources, and their logical separation from the erosion zone, the thermal behavior of AGIECUT VERTEX is optimally controlled. Each of these sources is compensated by air or water cooling, or even by insulation.
Precision through the water circuit: the working area of the AGIECUT VERTEX is constantly under water, the level automatically adapting to the height of the part thanks to the up and down movements of the work tank filled with liquid. The temperature stability of the liquid is ensured by a water circuit penetrating from the bottom of the work tank, before coming out from the top in the form of an overflow.
High autonomy even with the smallest diameter threads: the new AGIEDUO thread set works with 2 spools accommodating the different types of thread. The complete unwinding of the wires is carried out fully automatically, under the supervision of newly designed patented sensors. The wires that can be used range from ø 0.2 to 0.02 mm. The size of the threading holes in the part is determined by taking the diameter of the wire and adding 50 µm to it. The Agiecut Progress for spark cutting and the Agietron Hyperspark, the new generator which allows maximum productivity to be achieved will also be visible on the stand.
